We engaged with Fullbrook Solutions to help us achieve this utilising their vast experience, knowledge and effective methodologies. The first phase of the work focussed on reviewing existing operating models, management and staffing structures, roles and responsibilities and operational processes. The work of phase one culminated in the production of a detailed report of recommendations. Mark of Fullbrook Solutions presented this to us as a senior management team in a comprehensive manner with good attention to detail and clarity of the rationale for change and the benefits this would provide the organisation going forward.

• New Governance arrangements
• Revised roles and responsibilities including Job Descriptions
• All staff consultation, engagement and facilitated workshops
• Re-designed processes for managing workload, scheduling, invoicing, administration and CRM.
• Utilisation of the latest technology and systems as the improvement enabler of choice.

The project of work delivered on all of the initial key objectives and was completed within the agreed timescales. A key benefit of working with Fullbrook Solutions in addition to project delivery was the added value of knowledge, experience and technique transfer to respective members of the team through working alongside Mark.

The overall project was a success and has provided us with an operating model that is lean and effective and has the capability to accommodate further business growth without having to make fundamental changes.
